during my stay, I appreciated how close the hotel was to AB Davis Park, which was less than 4 km away and perfect for a nice stroll, and the Science Spectrum Museum that was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore a blend of leisure and learning.

Conveniently located with numerous parks and restaurants nearby, the atmosphere remains surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the highway. The breakfast options were exceptional, highlighted by fresh strawberries and made-from-scratch pizza. However, navigating the area took some time due to traffic. Additionally, the check-in process could be streamlined for better efficiency.

The lobby features modern decor, appearing recently updated and welcoming. Free parking makes it easy to access the highway, and there are a couple of neighboring restaurants for convenient dining options.

The room had a few glaring issues that really detracted from the experience. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, a broken sink, and a missing tile around the showerhead were less than ideal. To top it off, the TV remote was corroded, making it impossible to use without unplugging the TV itself. Dirty floors and the lack of electric plugs in the bathroom made it inconvenient for any grooming. I spent two nights feeling like I had to keep my eyes peeled and checked out early.

The hotel was mostly comfortable with polite staff and a clean atmosphere, although some areas showed age and the air conditioning in my room was struggling. Despite these issues, the breakfast was enjoyable and I appreciated the prompt service from the friendly team.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Lubbock features bright, welcoming decor and well-maintained common areas. I appreciated the accessible bathroom design, which included grab bars and a hand-held shower, making it comfortable for seniors like myself.

A microwave in the room would be helpful.

Oh my goodness, the bed was a dream! I felt like I was sleeping on a fluffy cloud, and the room was impeccably clean. The heated indoor pool was such a delightful touch, making my dip feel like a luxurious escape.
